This is my all-time favorite lip balm and an absolute staple in my routine. It’s lightweight, smooth, and never waxy or greasy. The minty scent is refreshing without being overwhelming, and it gives a subtle cooling sensation that feels great. It’s the one product that consistently keeps my lips moisturized for hours, even in dry or cold weather. I also love that it’s made with more natural ingredients, it feels gentle and nourishing. Great quality and totally worth it. I always make sure to have one on hand at all times. Read more

One of my favorite lip balms! It is one of the few lip products that don’t bother my lips. Keeps them feeling moisturized and soft! I like the mint scent a lot as well. Read more

Excellent quality product. I’ve been using this for years now. It keeps lips hydrated, smooth and comfortable. I keep one with me nearly always and use 2-3 times all day, if I’m not outside much. It doesn’t make my lips dry out if I don’t use it - does not have some kind of drying agent in the ingredients. I used to buy in drug stores pre-pandemic, but now only seem to be able to order online. I’ll admit I love the little bee push-up mechanism! Read more

This is a miracle balm. I haven’t been able to find anything that worked good since okeefes discontinued their squeeze balm. This balm though is absolutely amazing. My lips have been chapped for months and in just a couple days they are almost healed. Super moisturizing and long lasting. Will definitely buy again! Read more

I'm a lip balm junkie with chronically chapped lips in cold weather. I've tried basically every lip balm on the mass market, from drugstore Carmex to higher end brands like Summer Fridays and Ole Henrikson. Lypsyl is the only lip balm I use and can completely depend on to get me through the winter months (O Keefes is a close second). The formula is soft, creamy, and silky without being overly waxy. The herbal mint is really pleasant and mild (kind of like Glossier's mint BDC), unlike Burts Bees which I find has too much of a menthol flavor. The mechanism with the bee design on the side easily slides up and down and is very cute. Additionally, I used to have trouble with this item melting when I left it in a hot car. For at least a year or two, I've noticed that newer purchases are completely heat-proof. I'm guessing they reformulated, but I can say that the effectiveness and texture haven't changed at all. used to believe all lip balms were a scam. You know the drill: apply, feel briefly moisturized, then five minutes later your lips are drier than the Sahara, and suddenly you’re reapplying like some sort of minty-fresh addict. I was convinced the Big Lip Balm Conglomerate had us all hooked—probably meeting in secret underground lairs with chapped lips themselves, laughing maniacally as they raked in profits. Enter: Lypsyl. This stuff? It’s not balm. It’s sorcery. It glides on smoother than a penguin sliding across fresh ice. It melts into my lips like it’s been personally trained by Michelin-starred butter. The peppermint is perfectly balanced—refreshing, but not so strong that you wonder if you accidentally ate toothpaste. My eczema-prone, perpetually winter-ruined lips? Healed. My anxiety about “lip balm withdrawal”? Gone. For the first time in my life, I wasn’t reapplying every 3 minutes like some desperate lip junkie. This balm lasts HOURS. Hours. Do you realize what kind of freedom that is? I keep one in every bag, jacket pocket, and possibly a few hidden in case of the apocalypse. If society collapses tomorrow, I’ll be the lone survivor with perfectly moisturized lips while everyone else is fighting over bottled water. And let’s talk about the slider packaging. GENIUS. No smashed balm. No accidental pocket goo. Just a clean, satisfying “click” that makes me feel like I’m unlocking a tiny vault of minty salvation every time. If Lypsyl ever discontinues this balm, I will personally march to their headquarters and stage a peaceful but very moisturized protest. Read more
