I placed them around my living room, hallways, and bathrooms. It can detect motion at about 5 feet and automatically turns on and provide visibility. Light has several intensities. You can select as per your need. Max one becomes pretty bight. Monotion sensor has some latency but it's okay. Product quality is good and really value for money product. Read more

The four pack of nightlights are a good value. They can be set for motion activation, and come on when you pass the field of view. They simply plug in to your outlet. The light is just right for nighttime trips to the bathroom, or simply moving around darkened room. They automatically shutoff shortly after you leave. I'm glad I took a chance on this nightlight. The motion sense is pretty great, and the distance it covers is pretty decent as well. You can do Dawn to Dusk or Motion to turn on and constant on. I have Motion to turn on and in the dark to go to the restroom, the light will shine, but not be so bright that it wakes me up. I got the Soft White, as it has a slight yellow hue to it. The value for the 4 items were worth it. I also liked that the plug prongs fold up into the body of the item, and it makes it into a tiny puck, that will be easy to store in a drawer, if you don't need all 4 at once. The bright setting, is bright. Especially at 2am when everything in the house is turned off. I have mine on the lowest it will go, and that is perfect for what I nead. Read more
