Blocks out all light. Truly. I faced my room light while these on and couldn’t tell. It’s very comfortable. I thought it would be a bit stiff but it’s actually soft and flexible with out being floppy. And the cushioning the presses around the eyes is really nice. I also sleep on my side and toss and turn alot- it stays on and doesn’t get in the way. Only hiccup I have is that the hard loop that connects the left side of the mask to the strap sometimes twists if the strap is pulled too tight. But I don’t think its a big deal. I can easily twist it back and it goes back to normal when I loosen the strap or take it off. Edit: after maybe less than a month of using it everyday the padding flattens and the stiffness is gone. The strap loosen a bit as well. Its still usable but feels different after some time. The ear plugs are same as any disposable foam earplug. No issues there. Read more
