These smart watches that can read all these health issues apparently have not yet been approved by the FDA. But my Chinese doctor used one from China to read all my health stats. So I found this one here in the US and so far, the results, while not obviously as accurate as a blood test or other medical test, have so far been very close to my blood test for A1C, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen etc. And I don't have to do the finger sticks that I hate and it is more even in its readings. It lets me see how what I eat is affecting my blood glucose. And you can tell the time, day and month and get text notices plus a great stop watch. I am just having a difficult time to find out how to get it to provide audio for the alarm clock. I do have to go to YouTube for intro videos on how to use it. Synching it to my iPhone is not a problem. Read more
