Works great. It's super stable and looks great. Really easy to put together. Have one that I bough about 6 years and it's still going strong. It has lost the little rubber pads at the end on the curved part but not an issue to be honest. So good I recent bought a new one for another computer. Only complaint if you had to have one is that it's pricey but in my opinion worth it. Elevates the laptop to keep it cool but not so high that you cant briefly lift your hands to type on the laptop. Wouldn't do this for a long time but quickly it's ok. Use it with a 15 inch laptop as well as a 13 inch laptop now. Would highly recommend if you can get over the price. Read more

So, I bought this stand in preparation for the laptop I ordered (Lenovo Legion Y740 17"). I was a bit worried at first, because the Y740 is a fairly big laptop, but the stand is able to support it just fine. Of course, it'll definitely wobble if you type ON the laptop while it's on the stand (I'm using an external keyboard, which I would highly recommend for this kind of setup). PROs: - very easy to set up; it's just 4 pieces that you can put together with screws - included allen wrench! - sturdy components (i haven't tried to bend them, but they've been able to support my Y740 just fine so far) - you can hide away your external keyboard underneath the laptop when not in use CONs: - the edges of the pieces are distinct (for lack of a better word); you won't cut yourself on them, but it won't be comfortable to rest your wrists or anything there (honestly, this isn't even a con, more of a sidenote) TLDR: would recommend; one of the reasons i got this laptop stand in particular was to increase the airflow for my laptop, which i think it does a good job of (i've left my laptop with stock settings; haven't undervolted it or touched the bios at all; although to be fair, the Y740 is known to run cooler than most but that's another story) Read more

This stand is great! The assembly instructions are rather unnecessary because it is super easy to put together, even though I appreciate the detailed steps in there. The stand is very strong, it fits perfectly for laptops of different sizes, I tested with 13”, 15”, and 17” and it looks and feels great. I have a MacBook Pro which is normally pretty hot, and with the stand alone it is fresher all the time... now I keep thinking on the one with the fan, that should be awsome! Materials are great, it comes with screws (some spare screws as well in case you lose some), and tools. It comes nicely packed in the box, with plastic wraps and plastic spacer.... There's lots to like about this product. First, it is sturdy and very well-made, where all the parts fit beautifully (I am a builder and admire good craftsmanship). Secondly, it does help to have the height of the screen higher than the table top. It reduces the strain on the neck and back when looking at the screen for an extended time. Finally, for its quality and sleek look, it is reasonably priced. I understand that a newer model of this tablet stand has a built-in fan. I haven't experienced the need for the fan. Read more

This is the 3rd one I’ve ordered over the years - no issues with any of them, just desks needing support and I’m not lugging these around. I realised I had the same concern the previous times: the space gray images advertised is much darker than the actual product received. I guess the dark colour advertised is closer to gun metal but it’s what’s advertised so it’s what’s expected. The item I received is the same colour as my space gray MacBook, but I was hoping for a much darker colour, as advertised. Anyway, apart from that, the product is exceptional. Sturdy, minimalist look, and very light considering it’s all metal. The rubber supports are solid and thick - you won’t be scratching your laptop on this very easily. The first one I purchased in 2019 and it still works perfectly without the rubber supports deteriorating whatsoever. Highly recommend this product. Read more

This product is awesome. Should have done this a long time ago. I purchased 2 units as I have a Mac Pro 15” laptop and a work HP 17” laptop. Works great on both and clears the desk up lots. Very sturdy. There is a bit of construction but it simple. Looks great and functions great. I slide the keyboard underneath or close the lid and place on top of the laptop. Worth the price. I purchased the stand so I could move the small screen closer to me for visibility purposes for desk use since my Toshiba Satellite does not support dual external monitors. This stand allows my office size keyboard to fit partially under the computer and lets me view the computer screen from about 15 inches away, an ideal distance for an 11 inch screen. The product is well machined from anodized aluminum with rubber pads for the desk and to hold the computer. Assembly took less than five minutes with the screws and wrench supplied. The stand holds the computer solidly, so it could easily be used with the computer's built in keyboard rather than an external one. It performs just as advertised. Read more
