This is a great keyboard. Very well made. Metal frame. Keys have good action. The letters are printed large and there's 3 levels of brightness (F6), as well as OFF (F5). The print is so easy to see and read I found I don't even need the illumination as I do not work in a dimly lit environment. The clear print also helps on the smaller, function keys that I use so frequently. All the keys are excellent. I am happy. I returned a recently purchased lower priced Macally keyboard to get this one. No regrets - it's well worth the price. Although wired, this keyboard is perfect for what I do. the large letters on the keys are perfect for me. The number keyboard perfect for me. The lighted keyboard is perfect for me. I should have had this key board when I was much younger, when I was a gamer! It was worth every penny! Read more

This keyboard met my expectations and is easy to install. It is plug and play as mentioned by other reviewers. I bought this keyboard for my husband who doesn't like to use his reading glasses. He also uses a very bright lamp so he can see the keys. The large size keys and lighted keyboard are especially suited for him. . Read more
I received my new Magically Wired Keyboard for MAC yesterday and have been using it for several hours. I simply cannot praise this keyboard enough! I am 77 and struggle with macular degeneration so my eyesight is fading. The standard flat white keys with light gray script on silver Mac Apple keyboard I have been using for years finally became nearly impossible to read so I switched to this one. It is like recovering my vision! The large keys make it easy to use and I particularly appreciate the small upraised "dot" on the J key that allows my right index finger to find the right spot on the keyboard without always having to look for where to put my fingers. This may sound like a small thing but for a writer, who produces books and substack articles all the time it is a definite improvement. The old keyboards used to have this dot on the J key. Why Apple decided they were not needed is a complete mystery to me. I can only conclude that Apple's keyboard was designed by people who are not writers. Anyhow, I highly recommend this keyboard to anyone, regardless of how much you write. Read more
Terrific item. Extremely easy to plug in and get started. Increasing or decreasing the backlight is simple - one key to raise, one to lower. My coworkers are jealous of my emoji key! I can respond much faster in teams with a thumbs up/down than they can. Removed one star because the option, command & ctrl keys are only labeled with letters, not the symbols. Those could easily have been added on the platform just below the actual keys, so they would both be large print. I had to add stickers, because most of the tech I use doesn’t have symbol/word, just the symbol. Also, the caps lock and power LEDS could be bigger, brighter, and closer to the center than they are. However, all in all, it is a great improvement for my eyes. It has a sufficient travel distance down to give me the unmistakeable haptic experience confirming that I did press the key. Some of the keyboards have such a short travel distance I have to watch the screen, letter by letter, to know whether the keyboard detected the stroke. Highly recommend Read more
Using it as I type this, works as advertised very well, Bought because i am visually disabled and the lit keys make my hunt and peck so much easier, Only complaint is if you use voice-over , Command F5 does not turn it on for some reason, maybe because they are brightness keys. Read more
I love my Macally large-key, backlit keyboard! It's amazing with its backlight and large keys; perfect for my vision. It feels almost like an Apple keyboard, and the emoji key is super handy. The only thing I'd add are Apple-standard symbolic/icon labels above the Shift-Ctrl-Opt-Cmd keys. Highly recommend! Read more
