Don't worry about the wind.
Hang it off your waist or where it's visible and people I'm telling you, it is a deterrent and makes you un-approachable. It comes out as a gel so if the wind is blowing it doesn't matter it doesn't aerosol spray. Read more

Received in brand new perfect condition. Very well packaged. Thank you! I bought the two pack Mace pepper GEL spray. I can’t tell you how good it works because it’s an item you use only in emergencies. But what I can say it has a spring lever on top and is very easy to operate. Also it comes with a clip for mounting on a belt. They are small enough for a Lady to put in one’s purse. But bigger than a keychain model for sure. Very well thought out on design. Now with that said, please keep out of reach of small children because it is easy to operate. I purchased them for a nurse friend of mine. So if you do the same. Seems fine, but no safety
These were a great price and I assume of good "quality", but there is no safety mechanism to protect from accidental activation, and no instructions for use. For something that could cause harm, I'd expect at least some type of safety precautions. Read more

OMG! YES! Did my usual test spray and I could not be more happy with the results. Accurate as hell from 8 feet away. Like this red gel sticks to everything. Went in for a test smell...
