This tank top is a really nice addition to my gym wear. I work out 3-4 times a week, lifting weights, walking the stair master, walking outside, and hiking. This tank top is perfect for all of the above. I’m heavier set with a fair amount of muscle and would say these fit true to size. If you wear casual t-shirts as a large, this should fit you regularly. It is not form fitting/athletic cut nor is it loose fitting. I typically wear a size large for t-shirts (5’7” 200 pounds), got a size XL based on reviews claiming it fit tight, and slightly regret it as it is a bit big on me. I wear an XL in Alphalete and Gymshark because their tanks are athletic cut but these do not fit like those brands. I love the soft feel of Alphalete tanks and unfortunately cannot say that these feel the same. They are not as soft. They feel like a generic 100% cotton shirt; certainly comfortable but not that buttery smooth feel. For the price, it’s a great deal if you need to add gym wear to your wardrobe without breaking the bank. I got 1 in green and 1 in red and both fit exactly the same. I’ve work both at least 6 times and the material seems to be holding up well considering the affordable price. I also really like how the tanks are not paper thin like many others on the market. They’re not thick per say, but they’re thick enough that when I put them on they don’t feel like they’ll waiver in the wind and I like that.
