This knife set has all the basics that are needed in the kitchen. The knives are super sharp. The large one is my favorite for cutting vegetables. Even dense items like raw sweet potatoes and large carrots are easy to chop. I haven’t used the cutting board because it’s thin plastic, and it will probably get scratches and cut marks. However, it’s a great backdrop for the knife set and adds a little color to my kitchen. The only thing I was disappointed with was the scissors. They work fine for trimming chives or scallions, but they totally can’t handle cutting open plastic packaging or any other non-food item. Everything about it is durable it looks so nice put together. The cutting board is pretty much the same size as a tablet which is so convenient. You could take it with you on the go and it would be so nice to give as a gift. The knives have excellent sharp edges and the scissors yeah I love the fact that it has a can opener on it too.
