I’m 5’5”, 140 lbs, and this suit in size 12 fits perfectly and is very flattering. I was afraid the top would be too big for my 36B bust, but the adjustable straps made it a non-issue. I’m normally a size 10 in swimwear, but looked much heavier in a regular 10 than in the Magic Suit size 12. When the sarong is untied, it hangs like an asymmetrical skirt, which actually looks nice, but very conservative. With the sarong tied, and the low cut top, it’s quite sexy. I liked this suit so much, I bought a second Magic Suit in a 12, and love it as well. Definitely worth the investment, which is how you have to look at it. If one size isn’t flattering, you may be surprised by going up another size. Read more

I love magicsuit but this one is not slimming. Wanted to love this swimsuit. The gathering is at the waist not in the tummy area so if you have a tummy it is not flattering. Sad to return. Read more
Purchased this last minute for our beach vacation. It arrrived faster than expected. It's certainly one of those items that you have to try on to experience. For a plus size woman, it is difficult to find flattering swimwear that not only looks great and doesn't remind you of something your grandmother would've worn, but holds you in and gives ample support for all the necessities.
