Smart ring is a good idea if you want to replace a smartwatch for a period of time. I was very satisfied with this inexpensive ring. It was impressive, very good looking, comfortable to wear and I still prefer it over the smartwatch, I returned the Apple Watch (I’m an iPhone user). This smart ring has a lot of features, the App is free and very easy to use, it keeps the progress and is very motivating. Considering that the ring has a very small battery and there is no on/off option, the life cycle may be very short. Its easy to setup and use. The instructions are minimal and basic. Once you download and install the app, then sign up for an account, you can bind the ring easily if you can find it among your other bluetooth devices. It starts with R and once your all set up, select Me at the bottom and it will tell you all the goodies about your ring. They do not make these for oversize paws like mine so I have to wear a size 12 on my pinkie. One of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon…the data I receive for the different functions seem to be more accurate than my smart watch…only negative is it doesn’t record Blood Pressure nor Glucose…but still happy with the purchase… Read more

Bad Ring. Died Quick! Had it for roughly 40 days and although it said the charge could hold for multiple days, I found that I needed to charge it daily! It finally died completely after 38ish days and at times wouldn’t record my workouts accurately. I wanted to see how my sleep was and I couldn’t find a way to turn that on through the app. It automatically turned on which was annoying and didn’t accurately record my sleep. Scratches super easy and felt very cheap to wear. Overall a poorly made piece of junk that I wouldn’t recommend spending time and money on. Returned for a refund which I appreciated. Read more

Used for 10 days. Reviews about step count are correct. It seems like it adds normal hand movements as steps. The daily step count was approximately 50% higher each day vs my galaxy watch. Sizing runs big so keep that in mind. Battery life is at least 3 days. I liked the look and feel of the ring. The software was straight forward and I did not notice and strange behaviors.
