I tried these patches, because I often get cystic acne. It improved my acne in 2-3 days, calming the inflammation down. I was very surprised, because i’ve tried so many types of pimple patches. These patches specifically have micro darts that go through the surface of your skin to target the deep acne. It also works as a hydrocolloid patch, removing any pus and bacteria in the pimple. These pimple patches are infused with hydrocolloids, tea tree oil, salicylic acid, niacinamide, eucalyptus leaf, and madecassic acid. I got these patches for my son, and he appreciates the packaging with the little tweezers which allow him to pick up the patches without touching them directly. It makes the application more hygienic and perfect for a germophobe like him. They have good adhesion and they stick in place well, but they are not as effective as he had hoped. They do help with an open pimple wound, but the healing does not happen overnight, even though there are micro-darts for the ingredients to penetrate into the skin for faster healing.
