Very good product
One of these best deals on magnesium I can find. I never even knew you could use this instead of epsom salt until seeing a TT video. Sure enough after researching it myself, this is MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE than epsom salt! I gave it a try and it is great. I am mostly using for foot baths, but when my body needs it I will take a bath in it. It is definitely more effective and noticeably so. I like this brand and the many varieties they have. I like that they have frequent sales to take advantage of, too. I will be a loyal customer unless something changes. Read more
Use for magnesium spray
Magnesium chloride is superior to epson salt!! It's worth the extra money to get this. These are nice flakes and dissolve well for a bath, soak or making a magnesium spray. Read more
Great for making Magnesium Oil!
Half water and half flakes heat I boiler till clear solution then let cool. Pour into spray bottle and you have Magnesium Oil , great for restless legs and relaxing muscles! Read more
