I’ve dealt with lower back pain for years, and more recently hip bursitis that flares up at night. I’ve tried magnesium before - sprays, pills - but never felt like it did much. I decided to try this cream because I read it has double the magnesium strength of most others, and I liked the idea of a cream absorbing faster and better through the skin. It’s only been a couple of nights, but I can already feel the difference. I rub it into my lower back and legs before bed, and it really calms the pain down. The past two nights, I’ve actually slept through the night without waking up in pain. That hasn’t happened in a long time! My husband tried it too for his knee pain and now wants his own jar. I get leg cramps nearly every night and often multiple times during the night. I have tried various products from pills, to drinks, to foam, to cream, with mixed results. I find this cream to be beneficial in easing the cramps when massaged into the offending area. Whether it is the cream, or the massage, I can't say. I will add that I use it in combination with other products - throw everything at the problem. The cream is light, doesn't really have a smell, and absorbs well.
