I really didn't think I would like this magnetic pen holder/tray... I thought it would just be yet another cheap plastic product that wouldn't live up to its intended purpose... I was wrong. This holds up well and after sticking this to my whiteboard, I couldn't easily pry it off. So far I'm impressed with the strength of the magnets... I've used other magnetic products that are designed to stick to whiteboards, only for those products to barely manage to stick. So, I can recommend this product. Read more
This clear acrylic magnetic holder arrived in perfect condition and ready for use upon unwrapping. The magnets are securely attached, embedded on the inside, leaving the back of the holder to be perfectly smooth. This holder stays in place when attached to my portable rolling whiteboard, but I can easily remove it and set it on the desk if I need the whole board. There are double-sided sticky dots attached on four corners. I discovered by accident that they were double-sided sticky because one of them seemed sticky and dull colored compared to the others. Turns out that one had lost the protective plastic. Unfortunately that means it was collecting dirt and dust, marring the pristine clearness of the overall holder. The corners are perfectly matched with no sharp points or edges. Since the acrylic is about 3 mm thick, it is durable and strong with no bending. I tried to scratch it up using a sharp tool and one corner of the bottom and was able to scratch it with a bit of effort. I also tried to fingerprint all over it with minimal success. It stayed pretty shiny even with all of the abuse I put it through. I was not able to check if all of my pens or eraser would fit because I have misplaced the tub that I keep those in. This holder is going to solve that problem once I actually find where I put it them. This holder is more versatile though than just using it for dry erase pens. It attached very securely to the refrigerator which means I'll be able to use it for holding the kitchen scissors, permanent markers for writing on freezer bags, and perhaps a pair of readers. I could also see it being used attached to the filing cabinet in the office, or the workbench in the garage. Read more

This is a very nice sized container fitting all the necessities for my white board. The only issue is that the magnet needs to be stronger. It magnetizes to the board however, if I try placing a full bottle of cleaner in the tray, it tends to drop to the bottom and sometimes falls off when moving the freestanding whiteboard. If I use the stickies, it defeats the purpose of being able to move the tray all over the board as needed. I just use a smaller bottle of cleaner or no bottle at all. I still like the tray because it keeps everything neat, organized, and within reach. The tray itself is of good size with 3 compartments, very sturdy acrylic, and good quality. It is also easy to wash out and keep clean. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice quality Dry Erase organizer. Read more
We have a dry erase calendar and shopping list on the front our the refrigerator and needed a place to put our markers and pens - this magnetic holder is perfect! It’s very strong and we haven’t had any issues with the magnet quality. I also keep a few other things like stamps, small scissors, etc in the cups so it can definitely be used for more than just markers! This thing definitely can't hold much weight. Once I put 4 chalk markers and a set of 24 ULTRA FINE thin dry erase markers in it, it began sliding down. Magnets are not strong enough on this. Read more
This thing works great! It's pretty good quality, nice thick acrylic like plastic! It's the perfect size for a good bit of dry erase markers! You can fit so many of your colors in there! It looks professional and there hasn't been any problems with leaking either. Read more

Some dry-erase boards are not magnetic/metal, and this will not adhere to those types of boards. Before purchasing, I recommend using a small refrigerator magnet to test your dry-erase board first! Will work on refrigerators, file cabinets, and any other metal objects. Can easily move or place the holder where you want or need it. Want the markers out of the reach of young hands? Place it high up. Want the kids to have access to them, lower it. A close-up in the picture lets you see there are 3 compartments, one slightly larger so an eraser can fit into it.
