This phone holder is fantastic! The magnet is incredibly strong, and it attached to my car vent quickly and easily. I really like the vent mount system better than others I've tried in the past. It holds my phone well in portrait and landscape mode. The ability to just almost throw your phone on the mount is awesome. It takes a little more effort to get it off though. This Belco Magnetic Phone Holder works well. It fits the air vent properly, but I wish it had a little more support. I haven't had it long enough to know how it withstands heat. I really like the magnetic part of this phone holder. It has an opening for use with MagSafe PopSockets. I like that the magnetic part is also raised because I can use the acrylic square part as a board to push off of so that I can get my phone off more easily. The magnet is pretty strong and holds the phone in place very well. Depending on the type of MagSafe attachment I have on my phone at the time, I don't have any issues with the phone grip staying attached to the phone holder. This magnetic phone holder works great. It was easy to assemble the magnetic piece to the chosen base (either sticky or for the vent) by clicking the ball into place and tightening the plastic bolt. My phone immediately magnets onto the holder and stays firmly in place, even if I’m driving on a bumpy road. The only thing that you should pay attention to is that the rotation doesn’t go in all directions—it rotates 360 degrees but always at the same angle—so you should put your phone on it and then decide where to stick it down in your car. I stuck it down first and then realized my phone didn’t fit there, so I had to pull it up and restick it down in a new position. So maybe that’s good to know too—it’s forgiving if you need to restick it once really quick after installing. I’m very happy with this one because my previous one was more adjustable but the adjuster wasn’t right so it kept falling and knocking my phone down. This one is much sturdier. Read more

This is an awesome phone holder! The magnet is STRONG and it installs super easy into your car vent! I had it installed in less than a minute. It feels completely secure and holds mine and my husband's phone without any issue. I absolutely love it! It really is a quality product. It's able to maintain its secure hold even when you're rotating your phone to landscape. I love that it works with a popsocket on too, because of the center indent. Full disclosure, I currently have the magnetic head from this set on a suction cup mount that came with a different Belco magnetic head. They're interchangeable, which is great. I have a lot of magnetic mounts, and the magnetic head for this is better than all the other ones I own for two reasons, and especially for one, particular reason....there is a gap of space in the middle of the magnetic ring, which allows you to keep something like a finger ring on the phone. I have a magnetic Popsocket thingy on one of my phones, and I don't have to remove it to use this mount. That's a fairly big deal. The other reason this one stands out is because of its aesthetic. It looks nicer, but it also inhibits visibility less since it's mostly clear. With how I'm currently using it (up on the dash), that matters. The magnet is strong, and the tightening function is effective and easy to do. I have not used the mount that came with it yet, but I played around with potential placement for it. My car has very little surfaces that are flat and smooth, and it is problematic where mounts are concerned. This one, however, has a base that is small enough that I could find a spot for it. That's pretty huge. I did not try the air vent mount as I do not like to have the vents blocked, and the vents are in weird spots in my car, where a phone wouldn't be ideally positioned anyway. I ordered tbe magnetic phone holder to use in my car. I followed the instructions included and put it on my dash flat. The bottom part allows you to secure it tightly by turning it to the right or left to loosen it. The majority of the time I am able to place my phone in the holder securely and use it without any issues. However, now that the days are warmer I have noticed that it’s not as secure as it was before and I find bagels constantly tightening the base up before using it and during the time I’m using it. I did have a few issues with the phone flying off and hitting the floorboard while driving, which of course is not good. I will admit I maybe could have cleaned the dashboard better before installing it. I feel like the issues could be my fault? Overall it is aesthetically appealing and not too bulky or too small. It’s a perfect size for my IPhone 15Plus and it makes hands free use of my cell phone easy and convenient. Read more
