Does not charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max through magnetic charging. It says it’s charging, but my battery will be at 75%. I look at it two minutes later and it’s at 74%. The juice pack level goes down, but the phone doesn’t charge up. The cord chargers work, the Watch charger works, just not the magnetic charger at least not on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.. Read more

The media could not be loaded. While charging the phone, the charger gets really hot, smells like burning plastic. Need to not leave it charging unattended. The presentation box came with the inner packaging shattered, maybe it got too cold somewhere or it was just inferior packaging. I had to take the liner out before giving it as a gift. I bought 2, and both inner packages were equally shattered. Plan on repackaging for a gift. The product itself seems to be pretty good so far, the magnet for the phone side is nice and strong, I have Samsung, not Apple. It charges quickly, one came 100% charged and one came 70% charged, and it clicks right in place to begin a fast charge for the phone. The place for the watch recharge is really weak, so even with some fiddling and careful placement, I was unable to get the samsung watch to charge. The video shows how the watch should connect to a magnetic charger, and it shows how this product fails miserably to connect at all to my watch. If the watch charging spot worked, this would be a 5 star product. This is a real shame, because the watch charger was the main reason I purchased these chargers. Read more
