UPDATED REVIEW – Lowering to 1 Star I am updating my review and lowering my rating even further. I initially left a 2-star review (original included below), and after doing so, the seller reached out to try to “make things right.” They offered me a refund, and although I told them I would actually prefer to exchange the product and give it another try, they were not open to that option and were only interested in issuing a refund. I agreed, and I was genuinely appreciative. However, although I was told the refund was “fully processed,” nothing ever appeared on my end. I followed up multiple times—at least four messages over the course of the last couple of months—politely asking for an update and explaining that I still had not received a refund. They stopped responding completely. Before that, they were polite and quick to reply, which makes the sudden silence even more disappointing. I don’t understand why a business would go out of their way to appear willing to fix an issue only to completely ignore the customer afterward. It actually makes the situation worse than it originally was and honestly feels disrespectful of my time. Because of all this, I am lowering my rating to 1 star. Original Product Review: This charger simply isn’t fast charging. The magnet is very weak and shifts easily, especially compared to other similar products I’ve tried. It works, and it was relatively inexpensive. However, it's also pretty slow to charge and can get uncomfortably hot at times. Pay attention to cord length, as this is shorter than the typical 6ft charging cable. Also, while the USB-A to USB-C adaptor looks very well made, its dimensions are off-spec somehow and it can be dangerously tight. I nearly broke an expensive power bank trying to remove it from a standard USB-A port. I consider the adaptor to be defective. It just stopped working. The product support is a generic boilerplate process for DIY teoubleshooting for a different brand which doesn't even match my product (the directions start with using a switch to power the productwhole my brand doesn't have any). Ok, I just got it in September, I'll just send it back for one that works. NOPE. The option is disabled as of the 25. It kinda feels like some scheme that knows the charge would fail as soon as the warranty ended. I'm not mad about the device... It was cheap and I keep expectations low when taking a chance on generic brands like this. My anger is from noticing this total lack of respect or care for a customer. Did I miss the announcement that a customer can no longer assume any support? This item does not value the customer. I hope the reader uses this advice for all future purchases from this app because the item and details/troubleshooting/manuals containing the same lack of basic quality as the product I bought are being approved by Amazon. I am actually pretty disappointed in this product. It has a strong grip and does provide some battery, but instead of charging my phone it just keeps the phone at the same battery level it was at when I put the phone on the charger - this is the SLOWEST CHARGER of all time. It's also an incredibly strong magnet which is usually a positive except it is very hard to get the phone off the charger. Read more
