My bad knees pretty much mean that I can't jog any more, but these pants are still good for me as lounge pants at home. These pants are definitely lightweight and feel breathable. In my area, these are good pants to wear outside for days when the temperature is between about 65F-75F...essentially mid-spring to early summer, then autumn to early winter. I don't like to go out looking too casual most days, though, so I've been wearing these pants mostly around the house and in the back yard. I've found them very comfortable for that, especially since they have a little bit of stretch to them. I also appreciate that it has 2 side pockets and 1 back pocket, all relatively deep and zippered. As far as sizing, I'm about 5'-5" tall with a 32 to 33 inch waist. I chose the size 34, and it fit well for the most part. The pant legs are a little too long for me by about 2 inches, but at my height, I've learned to accept that. What is good about these pants is that they have elastic bands at the ankles, so the pant legs don't bunch up at my feet. As far as holding up in the wash, I've washed these pants 3 times since I got them. Even though the tag indicated delicate wash, I include this in my speed washing load using cold water and delicate detergent, followed by low temperature drying; it has held up well to that so far. The main thing I can ding these pants for in my review is the value proposition. At time of order, they sold for $34, and although they are nice jogger-style pants, I'd say about $20 is a more fair price for these. Read more
