I purchased this on the Walmart website, not here, but there is some problem not allowing me to review there. It's important to me to warn others because i believe this microwave to pose a threat to people's well-being. When my previous microwave died after only a couple of years, i thought this one was a good price at $55. The red was gorgeous, but as soon as I upacked it and tried to reheat some coffee the noise it made...right out of the box it sounded like a nuclear reactor. I called walmaret and even the agent said it sounded dangerous, like there was some feedback going on. He advised me to unplug and return it for a refund. nnice guy. Before i took it back i tried one more time and it began making a clattering sound along with the nucliear reactor powering up. I had forgotten I had tried this microwave years ago with the same results. The clattering noise triggered my memory of that experience. I dont know if they are being damaged in transit or just faultily assembled, but mainstays dont last long either...when you do get one that works. only a couple of years. Do be careful.
