The cup 16oz I was washing the dishes and not even a 12/15 inch off-long less then a feet,it cracked 💀,I was letting it dry and it slid out my hand when I was putting it back I saw the crack and I thought it was the left over smoothie i did,idk but this is crazy tho.just one small drop and boom it’s broken and my mom now complaining.ill give it 3 stars 🫤 it good only part the cup or whatever the thing called.😭. It always smell burnt plastic if used for 30 seconds and visible smoke after 45 seconds. No exception. From day 1 to the day it gave up (10 months later). Even if blending only water, that is not supposed to overload the motor. Also 30 seconds is the minimum that takes to fully blend sugar in water or milk. Blades are fairly good at blending (if you blend for at least 30 seconds), the easiest ever to clean. It never leak at the thread or at the blade shaft. Never had to overtighten. Cup capacity is great and cup diameter is the best in the market, allowing for convenience at inserting bigger chunks of fruit (like an entire half of avocado, an entire banana, big strawberries) or even avoiding spilling sugar or milk out of the cup. Power button is durable and has the best pressure ever, not so flimsy to be dangerous of accidentally turning on and not so stiff that is hard to press. Doesn't have any safety switch preventing accidental activation if cup is not inserted, which I think is POSITIVE because all safety switches from all brands are nothing but an annoyance that always breaks the fragile pushing tabs and I always have to disassemble the blender to hardwire a switch bypass. Honestly, it has every single characteristic I would ever want in a blender and it would be the perfect best final blender if it didn't overheat, smell, smoke and catch fire. I’ve had this for about 8 months now and the motor isn’t very strong,I didn’t expect a lot out of it because it is fairly cheap,Pretty much since I got it the motor has made a smoky smell if I blend for more than 30 seconds at a time but after less than a year it’s starting to smell more so it’s not very durable.It does also have an issues with leaks even if the lid is on tight,no plastic is cracked and sometimes the lid with the blade will actually get hot from the motor and make it so tight that it’s hard to remove but will still leak.It gets the job done for awhile but performance is not great long term,it would probably be more beneficial to save up for something that’s better quality Read more
