We got the 40x29 bed, and the dog absolutely loves it. She's hardly left it since we put it out. She's 40 lbs and about 27" from nose to rump, 21" from ground to shoulders. This bed is huge for her, but gives her enough space to stretch her legs out when she's on her side. She likes wedging herself between the bed part and the bolster part. my dogs absolutely love this. at first I thought maybe its too soft and not like memory foam supportive, but they love it and it is a good plush fill. they love it more than sitting on the couch! i also thought it was too large but its good for my 50-60lb dogs, instead of having to curl up tight like in her donut bed, my dog is laying out flat and looks super comfy. very glad i kept it! I originally bought 2 different style donut beds. I returned the other style and bought this same bed (40x29x9) like this. My 3 dogs love them. They seem durable. I’m able to vacuum them; I have yet to try washing. My other 2 dogs weigh ~60 pounds/each (Coonhound and Golden Doodle) and they fit perfect. I have an English Bulldog. He’s an old man with bad joints. This is exactly what I was looking for. My immediate thought upon opening it was how durable and soft it is and does not have that “cheap” feeling to it. Very plushy. I would honestly sleep in it myself if I could curl up all night without needing to stretch my legs out. My boy immediately peed in it. This is nothing new, as he has done this with every bed I have ever purchased for him. I am currently away from home and the laundry room here is closed. I couldn’t add money to a laundry card so I used the tub to wash the bed. I did notice it soaked up some of the water but the urine easily washed right out. I would post the video of opening but I talk to my boy in my dog voice and would rather not traumatize those reading my review. Great product, very satisfied. Read more

This is my dog's favorite bed. Unfortunately my dog has Addison's and doesn't handle stress well, so he's prone to panic piddles and stress vomiting. I've had to replace this bed like 6 times because it's not washable. It's so incredibly not washable. I have $300 8 inch memory foam beds with removable waterproof covers that he'll turn his nose up at to lay in this bed, lol. He loves it so much that I always end up buying another.
