I ordered this kit as a gift for myself for the holidays. I needed a solution to spending less on mani-pedi’s & wanted my own kit as I am a germaphobe. That being said, I’m giving this 3 stars due to the dirty tool I received in my package. The cuticle clippers have gunk on them as though they were used and put back into its packaging and then sent to me. Kinda disappointing- everything else in the kit seems to be unused and brand new and even good quality! The tools themselves feel quite heftier than expected which is a good thing. But now I feel icked to use a product that seems to have been used prior to arriving to me. NEW UPDATE: the seller did eventually contact me back and I was able to replace the used cuticle clippers in this kit (the only problem I had with my original order). I truly appreciate the seller being very kind and contacting me back to fix the issue. I have since then used all the products (aside from the original clipper) in the kit and have loved all of them! The cuticle remover liquid works wonders! It softens your cuticles with ease making the entire process quicker and easier. The new clippers I received work great! I’m a 100% satisfied customer and would recommend this kit for your at home mani-pedi’s. I might get a few more to gift friends and family! Read more

I was contacted by customer support and was given a partial reimbursement. I genuinely loved that this company actually reads the reviews and cares about its customers. It smells like rotten milk! I would suck it up and deal with the smell if I knew it worked and wasn't expired or harmful.
