I do not write bad reviews lightly. I have to be incredibly upset and disappointed in an item to write a bad one. After I left my initial review, the seller of these labels reached out to me and worked to ensure that I got a replacement cartridge and am happy that it is working as it is supposed to. With that said, these labels are actually everything the seller describes. They print with a nice, dark imprint that is very easy to read. I use these to label food that I've freeze dried and stored in mason jars. I always worry about using labels on the food items as I will have a huge problem if the adhesive stops working and the labels fall off. I have had zero problems at all with these label fully adhering to the jar lids. These are a really good, quality sticker/label that you will not be disappointed in buying. **************************************************************************************************** Original Review - I use my printer to make custom labels for the tops of my canning jars. I thought it would be awesome to kind of mix it up and go to yellow labels instead of the plain-jane white ones so I ordered this cartridge instead of the plain white labels. I opened the cartridge and inserted it the same as I've done with the white cartridges then went about to print two labels as a trial. Sadly, the labels jammed up inside the printer. It rapidly became a nightmare, trying to free the jam from the printer. Nothing - and I repeat - nothing I did would free the jam and allow the cartridge and jammed label to be removed from the printer. I finally resorted to using tools to man-handle the cartridge and get it freed from the machine. In doing so, the cartridge was destroyed. It came out of the machine in pieces. This is unacceptable. Considering this has never happened with the white cartridges, I can only figure there is something wrong with the yellow that made it not want to be in my machine. This cartridge is being returned as defective. Sadly for my jar lids, I guess I'll be staying with white labels as I know my machine likes those cartridges. MADE IN CHINA . Read more
