this top is actually so pretty once it’s on your body. the sparkle hits under lights. it’s a sparkly off-shoulder cropped sweater perfect to wear to a holiday party. it’s also way more sparkly in person than it looks in pics. it just does not photograph how it actually glows irl. the fit is that good slouchy off-shoulder. i got a large and it fit exactly how i wanted, true to size with that relaxed, drapey thing going on. it hits right at the waist, not cropped-cropped but not long either. one sleeve is long and dramatic and the other side is off the shoulder so you look asymmetrical on purpose. the material is that loose knit acrylic that feels cute but itchy. soft enough to look cozy, but not soft enough to actually feel cozy. once it’s on and you stop thinking about the itch, it’s wearable. not pajamas-level comfort, but not torture either, unless you have sensory issues then i would not recommend. the knit is loose, breathable, and will snag. there’s literally no warmth. zero. you’re buying sparkle, not insulation. stitching is fine. honestly decent for the price. not luxury, not trash, very amazon party top quality. i am giving it four stars because opened it, immediately said “why does this smell like that?” it’s just a weird smell i don’t even know how to describe it. so wash it. i washed it, air-dried it, and it was fine. after washing, the smell left, the sparkle stayed, and it looks way more expensive than it is. perfect for nights out, pictures, or holidays. This is such a pretty sparkly cropped sweater. I can’t wait to wear during the holidays. It is most definitely cropped so you need to wear a bralette or a tank underneath if you aren’t comfortable with a lot of skin showing. I’m 5’2, 105 lbs and it shows a lot of my stomach but with high waisted jeans it’s not as bad. Very nice quality. It sparkles a lot more in person than the pics show. Very nice material and stretchy! I’m 5'1" and weigh 97 lbs, and I ordered this size because I’m a little larger on top. The gold sparkly knit fabric is absolutely beautiful and really catches the light—it’s perfect for dressing up a night-out look. However, the material is a bit scratchy against the skin, so I’d probably wear a camisole underneath next time. The fit overall was great and flattering, but the sleeves were way too long on me. This top is horrifically and unbearably scratchy. I don’t know what would make anyone think that creating a shirt out of this terrible material would be a good idea. Because this is literally the most uncomfortable shirt I’ve ever put on in my life. It felt like my skin was being stripped off every time I moved even a little bit. It’s a shame because it’s a really pretty shirt and I would be happy and excited to wear it if it was made out of a comfortable material. But I can’t imagine anyone being OK with wearing this which makes it a complete waste of money. It also has absolutely no stretch to it whatsoever. So although it’s lovely looking with the sparkle and everything, it’s made so cheaply. It also already has a bunch of pulls in it and is unraveling in several places. It’s just not put together well at all. Also, as you can see in the photos that I posted if you lift your arms up, it completely exposes your entire chest. So you’d have to wear something underneath it that you’re comfortable with everyone seeing. Other than that it seems pretty true to size, but again what’s the point if you can’t even wear it, lol. Because there’s no way on earth I would ever recommend buying/wearing this. It’s unfortunately probably going to go out with the garbage. I wanted to get this super cute little accent sweater five stars but due to a strong plasticky smell when opening and the fact that the material is just a little itchy I had to knock it down to four stars. I love the sparkles and the fit of this cropped sweater is amazing especially if you have a shorter torso like I do. Most cropped shirts are too long on me but this one falls just perfect at my natural waistline but you should be aware that it is sheer despite the fact that it is a sweater. I expected it to be sure so this was not a disappointment to me and I ordered it specifically to be an overshirt. I would not wear this by itself if it's chilly even in the fall I would probably bring a wrap or a sweater to go over top of this just because of it s sheerness in the fact that it's cropped / off the shoulder Read more
