Got this for a Makita tool. Remarkably sturdy construction. Zipper big and strong. Makita name embroidered, not printed, on the side. Choice of using handles or detachable shoulder strap. Shoulder strap is hidden in one of the inside pockets. Interior has several pockets with velcro straps, snap buckle straps, etc., etc. Can't figure out what they all could be used for. Inside is Makita blue with black pockets. Wish it were all blue or a bright yellow, or both, so I could find stuff. Little tools can be lost in a black interior. I recently purchased a Makita cordless drill and impact driver and found the small bags they come with are pretty much useless. They are too small and between the drill, battery and charger totally filled up so no room for attachments like drill bits. So I did a little research with Makita and even called customer service. This bag is the next size up and it seems to be well made but it’s a generic bag. So the pouches inside really don’t fit the batteries or charger. Not sure what they are made for since they are on the smaller size. It would be nice if Makita did a better job with the bag design. Would be nice to have pockets designed to hold the charger and battery to keep everything from scrapping against each other and getting all chipped up. So this bag is a better solution then the cheaper less quality bags the drill and impact driver comes with but just a generic bag. So I have the drill, extra battery and charger in it the charger and drill will bang around and hit each other. I did find a pocket to put the extra battery in. I like that this Makita tool bag is designed for the tool, battery packs and accessories. There are interior pockets designed to hold 18v LXT battery packs. Additionally, there is a long open pocket that can be secured with Velcro-type straps to keep the contents in place. It can also be pressed to a center dividing hook & loop strip to create 2 shorter pockets. The long pocket on the opposite side has a clip strap to secure the contents within. Reinforcement in the base helps to support the weight and shape of a tool. This bag is nicely portioned for tools such as Makita 18v LXT Brushless XAG04Z Cut-off/ Angle Grinder. There is a small, flat pocket covered by a flap that can easily hold business cards or even a coffee shop card. The entire bag is sewn of heavy-duty woven and coated fabric. Seams are bound and hardware is sufficient for the additional shoulder strap included. The top opening is wireframe supported and closed by zipper. Webbing creates side handles which have enclosed roping for grip comfort. The long sides have flat exterior pockets. This is a really nice size being both roomy and still totable when loaded.
