I think it's important for potential buyers to understand that "pumps" are typically not masturbation aids and are generally used more for enlargement or as potential treatments for ED, neither of which are they a miracle device for (which is not a negative for this specific product). I'm sure some men find pleasure in using them, but typical penis pumps can not only cause harm, but at least for myself, I find them the opposite of pleasurable to use. Having said that, I use pumps for rehab from prostate removal, not for masturbation. Traditional pumps can be uncomfortable and downright painful even when used correctly. I found that pumps with full sleeves provide support and not only feel better, but tend to be safer as they hold the skin to the muscle and are less prone to causing blisters (there's a medical term for this but I don't recall what it is). In terms of a "penis pump", I found this to be one of the best ones I own. I think the only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the lack of replacement sleeves. The sleeve, while durable, will eventually break down and wear out. Since the design is unique to the pump you can't simply buy a replacement. This may or may not be a problem depending on how often you use this and how much care is taken with cleaning etc. The sleeve and pump design is quite nice in that it has a generous opening that tapers. If you've ever tried to get a flaccid penis into a traditional pump you know it's not easy. If you're using a pump for rehab, this is important as you're most likely using it because of ED. The tapered opening of this makes it MUCH easier for the pump to pull you in painlessly. Traditional pumps generally have 2 controls, suction and release. This might work well for enlargement where you try to create and maintain suction for longer periods of time, but if you're trying to stimulate nerves for rehab they're quite annoying to use. This has an "automatic" mode where it will creation suction for a period of time, then release, pause and repeat. There are 3 options for operating in this mode. Then there are an additional few options that are similar but use varying durations for the suction, release and pause timing. You can also operate it in a more traditional pump fashion by using the automatic mode, once the desired suction is reached double-press the suction button to turn off automatic mode and it will hold that level for as long as you want. Then there's a semi-automatic mode where you hold the bottom button to create suction as long as it's held, and it will release once you release the button. There is also vibration which helps this cross over into the masturbation side of things. If vibration is your thing, you can turn it on/off with a few varying patterns and strength. You can use vibration with or without the pumping enabled. It charges using a standard USB C port. The battery life seems quite good. I haven't timed how long it will last on a full charge, and I'm sure that varies based on how long the pump and vibration motors are on. I've had no problems with running cycles for an hour or so. This is also able to connect to a phone/app using Bluetooth. If you think, as I did, that even if none of the automatic modes suit you but you'll just use the app to tailor it to what you need/want, you will be disappointed, as I was. The app can't make the pump do anything that the buttons can't do. The app will sort of remotely push the buttons for you. So if you want a certain suction strength, speed, hold, release pattern, you can't do that with the app. My initial review was pretty critical due to this, but after reconsideration I realized the seller never said the app would do that. Just because I hoped it would and it didn't, didn't make the product bad. I still haven't found the perfect pump to suit my needs, but after trying (and wasting money on) several, this one is back in service and getting used more often. As a penis pump I think it's one of the better options out there. As a masturbation device I think it's best suited for cases where you struggle with more traditional sleeves etc due to ED. As long as you're OK with this potentially being disposable due to the proprietary TPE sleeve then I think it's a great option. I have been in contact with the seller and they were willing to provide a replacement sleeve. I hope they include a link or verbiage in future revisions of the product (or even here on the Amazon listing) telling users how to buy a replacement. This was a cool toy because it comes with two inserts that are pretty different experiences. The larger insert is the more traditional experience you have with this sort of toy, and is probably what you'd want if you actually want to finish. The smaller insert, which really just goes around the opening, provides much more of a suction sensation, which is less stimulating, but also fun in a unique way. Cleaning is easy, battery life is good. My biggest note is that it's not quiet - if you share walls your neighbor is likely to hear it. But that's sort of expected of something that operates this way and is this small. Any air pump device like this is going to generate noise. Overall though, fun! Read more
