I just stick the toy under the sink, let the warm water run for 10-15 seconds, empty, and repeat. After rinsing, I dry the exterior with a towel and then insert drying rods to extract any moisture from inside the toy. This thing is pretty awesome, especially for the price. Perfect for beginners. I got one od the bigger ones before and it was a pain. This one isn't heavy can wash in the sink. Best advice to get rid of the stickiness. Wash it and dry it then put baby powder on it. It absorbs all the stickiness and leaves it smooth feeling. Not a little baby powder. A lot. Like cover it and then rub it in. Would give 5 stars but has a couple small little tears already but doesn't affect anything. Don't waste the money on a big expensive one.
