As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. I don't normally post about these particular items, but, beat my expectations. I thought I could expect it ti be loud, not hold a charge, no vaccu... I got the exact opposite! Holds a charge just fine, quiet as can be with the little noise it makes, and keeps vacuum no matter what sleeve I use. I was only able to use 3 of the 4 settings, so, now I can challenge myself there. My only expectation at this point is longevity, so, we will see. I’ve had this thing for over a year. Bought it on a lark. Probably tried to use it 159 times in 159 different ways and only had success about 3 of those times. This thing is awful. It’s painful, and not in a good way, and in ways that it shouldn’t be. None of the silicon sleeves fit me. Not even the middle one. The large is too large, the medium isn’t large enough, and the small one is painfully small. It constantly either tries to suck my testicles up into the cylinder forcefully with my penis (which is AWFUL like being struck in the nuts but worse) or sucks the silicon mouth up into the cylinder. Or both. When I say this thing has caused me pain and frustration, I mean PAIN and FRUSTRATION. It doesn’t not matter how few or how many or what size of penis ring you use, nothing stops the suction. It never even gets a chance to “pump” my penis because the cylinder is grabbing on to everything it can EXCEPT my penis. My skin. The very small amount of fat that pads my groin. My sack. My testicles. I have no idea why I TRIED to use this thing for so long and just didn’t get another, but I mean, it’s a pump. It’s simple. Why would it not work? Maybe I’m doing it wrong. The pump came discreetly packaged with everything included-pump, charger, base cups and cock rings of various sizes, and a small tube of lube. Gave it a good cleaning and a full charge (it arrived with at least a partial charge, so I saw right away it worked), then gave it a try. They suggest smooth skin for the best seal with the base cups, so I shaved first. I chose one of the cups for the cylinder, along with a ring for me, massaged in plenty of the lube, and slid the pump on. I started with the lowest pressure, the pump worked perfectly, cycling off when it reached its predetermined setting. Within seconds I felt the result. I use a pump pretty regularly because it works and feels good, so I know what to expect with this type of product, so I felt comfortable raising the suction level-gradually settling on level 3, and kept it on for about 15 minutes. The suction seal works great-if you don't shave that might not be the case. It went to level 4 for five minutes-I don't recommend going there for too long until you get used to it. Level 3 gives me a great workout and I like the feel, and level 4 brings it up a notch, almost aching but in a good way. I like the overall size of the cylinder, at 2 1/2" rather than some that are wider, it fits and sits where you want it, focusing on what you want it to do. Just be careful not to place it too far down to where you run the risk of getting your boys pulled in-that will hurt! The optional ring will help keep that from happening (in my experience, anyway).
