Wood notes is what stand out the most but it's NOT annoying or overpowering. It's just not for me. It smells warm, woody, musky, a bit floral, subtle hint of citrus. It's fresh and warm. It smells good, not pungent. Considering that woody colognes give me instant migranes, this one smells good and interesting. I see why people like it. The price is good and the strength is pretty strong, very noticeable and it last a long time. I consider this to be more of a older guy scent, because older guys tend to wear heavily woody scents.
