I can't sleep nearly as well without these, they've been a holy grail of mine for a couple years now. Cooling pads feel like a weighted blanket on your eyes. Its much more relaxing than it sounds! I like being able to swap out the pads to wash them, and it comes with a handy laundry bag for them too. Read more

My new saving grace for my cluster headaches!! I find the full head ice packs overstimulating and painful, but this is great for my migraines. So glad I decided to invest in this product. Much better than the cheap eye freeze packs. This molds nicely to the eye socket and does not freeze rock solid because it’s beads inside. Read more

If you’re looking for a high-quality adjustable weighted sleep mask. This is a great choice. You can adjust the placement of the eye covers along with the head size making it very comfortable and fitting anybody. All material materials are durable and washable. Little on the price of your side, but worth the money. This style will fit up against your eyes so if you want one with space, this is not it. They do sell other options to make adjustments with this same mask. Velcro seems to be holding up well. Read more
1. Too Heavy. At 10.45 oz, you feel this weight constantly. 2. Too cold- put ice cubes directly on your face and you’ll get the same feeling. Intolerable for the first 5 minutes . After 15 minutes it is at room temperature. 3. Too Thick- the Velcro strap is 1/2 inch wide and attaches in the middle of the back of the head. Not made for back sleepers. *For these reasons I returned it. On the plus side, it does block out all light due to the weight of the heavy bead eye cups, and they are able to be repositioned on the mask (they are on Velcro also). Read more
