It fits true to size, the color is awesome, ( I got the dark green/neon green vest) and it looks good being worn. It isn’t stuffed so that it’s thick but it’s warm during vest weather temps. The hood fits perfectly and covers my head enough that it doesn’t fall over my eyes but covers sufficiently. Read more

Love the shape and feel. It washes well. It’s quite puffy and warm and love that it has a hood. I typically wear a Women’s medium in vests but ordered a small and glad I did. It runs big and the small is roomy. It’s not a fitted vest. Read more
This vest is a phenomenal value. It is warm and cozy, perfect on its own or as a layering piece in colder climates. Ultra light weight for travel or backpacking. I looked up the meaning of the name: Mapam Yumco in Tibetan means the “eternal and invincible jade lake.” Xuan Zang (600-664), an eminent monk of the Tang Dynasty (618-907), described Mapam Yumco Lake in his book Records of Western Travels as “a jade pond in west”. Perfect lightweight vest! Soft material, thin, but still keeps u warm enough. Packable, (but does not come with a bag). Decent protection from rain, tho i would not say “waterproof”. Super comfortable! but I would def suggest sizing up, if u wear larger hoodies / sweaters/ sweatshirts underneath. i buy my hoodies true to size, and there is not a ton of room underneath. Well, 1st one was lost in the mail, 2nd one (the replacement) was too small. I totally thought I’d ordered large. Wish they’d double checked during customer service call. No biggy. It seemed really nice so ordered a 3rd one, waiting. 4 cause it’s really light & not yet worn. Read more
