Okay, I've gotta be real: I'm usually the one people trust to keep stuff safe. So, on my recent rafting trip, I found myself being the guardian of not just my essentials but EVERYONE's valuables. And trust me, that’s a level of responsibility I wasn't quite prepared for. But enter the MARCHWAY Floating Waterproof Dry Bag – and, boy, did it deliver! Here's the deal. This isn't your run-of-the-mill bag. Made from ripstop tarpaulin, it's built to withstand tears, rips, and punctures. It's like the superhero of dry bags. The roll-top closure system? Airtight. Even when we splashed, bumped, and got a bit wild on the water, everything inside stayed bone dry. Phones, wallets, keys – all safe and sound. And that's not just me saying it – everything from phones to towels to a change of clothes stayed dry for my fellow adventurers too. Now, a quick PSA: If you're new to the world of dry bags (like I once was), make sure you get the lowdown on how to seal it properly. I had a rookie mistake with a different bag once, and let's just say, wet socks aren't fun. But once you've got the hang of it, the MARCHWAY bag is a breeze to use. The versatility? Top-notch. It floats, so you don't lose sight of your stuff. Whether you're kayaking, beaching, or climbing snowy mountains, it's got your back (literally, if you wear it like a backpack). And with sizes ranging from 5L to 40L, there's one for every kind of adventurer. In a nutshell? If you're heading outdoors and need to keep your stuff safe, dry, and within reach, the MARCHWAY Floating Waterproof Dry Bag is a no-brainer. It's got the durability, style, and versatility down pat. Happy adventuring, folks! 🛶🏔🌟 Read more

Overall, this is a great product. I work as a commercial seaplane pilot in the Bahamas, and wanted to upgrade my pilot bag to something waterproof, high visibility, and easy to carry/use. I ended up buying two of these bags: One was the 10L Hi-Vis Orange bag, and the other was the 20L Hi-Vis Yellow bag. I'll review both, starting with the 10L. 10L Bag: One thing you have to keep in mind with these bags is that they require 3-4 folds before you buckle the top closed to be effectively waterproof. What this means is that the bags are not as tall as you would think just looking at them in the package. I haven't actually attempted to measure the size of the bag when it is closed to see if it is actually 10L, but I would assume the overall space is reduced when closed (especially depending on how many folds you put in before closing it). With this being said, I can easily recommend the 10L for 3-4 medium sized handheld items (which I will specify now). For myself, I stored an aviation headset bag (measures about 6x4x10 [LxWxH]), a pilot logbook (6x2x12), my passport booklet, sunscreen, and an ipad mini. It was snug, but I could still get 3 rolls and latch the bag shut without any problems. Initially this was okay, but I wanted a little more room so that I could bring extra items like extra clothes, bandages, water, etc. as my days are long and spent in the sun. Now, I carry the 10L bag with me (Folded up nicely in my 20L bag) as an extra buoy if I have to cut an anchor line. These bags are air tight when closed properly and will hold any residual air inside once closed. All I have to do now is blow a little air in the bag, roll it, latch it, and it is a buoy or flotation device. The 10L bag is great if you don't have TOO much stuff to carry, but I'd caution you to go with the larger option if you are unsure and aren't confined to a small space for the bag. 20L Bag: The 20L bag functions the same way as the 10L, but supplies twice the space. I have plenty of room for all of the items mentioned above, and some. An added benefit is that the 20L comes with 2 straps instead of one, so I can wear it as a backpack when walking around the islands. Beyond that, there really isn't much difference at all between the bags. Pros: -The bags are simple to use and versatile -The color options are great, especially if your use for the bag may end up with the bag falling overboard -The bags will float when sealed properly -No water has been found in my bags yet (but I'd still add extra caution and seal anything you absolutely can't get wet in another plastic bag as well) Cons: -Folding the bag over eliminates some space, which means you need to plan your space utilization carefully if you want a waterproof bag! -The bag is not designed to be submerged for more than a few seconds... it is waterproof when floating (which is what it does). If you force it underwater for too long, the pressure of the water may force some liquid into the bag Overall, I'd say this is a great, CHEAP, and simple product. Take it from someone who's out on the ocean all day: it works! Read more

I really like this bag. I got the 20L/Flower pattern. It looks good and carries a good amount of stuff - big enough for a towel, food, water bottle, sunscreen. I got it for a day of kayaking. It's easily water resistant - haven't really put it to the test yet on how waterproof it is, but will take it on my next trip and see. Read more

Loved the size and the backpack straps. This made for very easy transport both at the airport and on the river. Many dry bags have a single strap or worse one that snaps to the fold up portion stretching out the fold that needs to be water resistant. This has a solid grab handle, 2 full backpack straps, and a waste strap to hold it. Pros Works great for travel via air and river Color selection makes it easy to spot or not Simple grab handles and/or backpack straps Size fit my tent with space or my sleeping bag without space but not both. Cons While I had no real water intrusion there could be an improvement on the fold mechanism by adding some grippy material I have on other bags. A small pocket near the top inside would be a nice addition to prevent small items from falling to the bottom. Kept my stuff dry on the river for 7 days even after going through as a checked bag at tje airport. It was easy to spot at the airport or at camp site so it was not left behind. I will buy a few more of these. Great bags 5 star review. Read more

I absolutely love these dry bags! I love that they provide a color for the ladies! They are great for travel when you have them in the bed of the truck you don't have to worry about the rain getting into your bag. It's a good quality material. I have used it floating but my husband kayaks and takes his with him. He says it floats perfectly and is a good bag to have for all occasions. Read more
