If you want to amp up your exercise, get these weights!
These two pound dumbbells are PERFECT for my high intensity cardio class. If you want to burn extra calories during your cardio, ADD WEIGHTS. They don’t have to be heavy. We do a LOT of arm movements in my class. Lots of cross punches, upper cuts, scissor chops, etc. These two pound weights makes me work 100% harder! My goal is to slim down and tone up my arms.
