Myth Buster—February 13, 2012
Great nude color (caffe latte) and well constructed. I own several bras of this brand and they are very good quality and last several years if you wash them by hand and switch them out with other bras. This is the best strapless bra I've found where it stays put, gives you a nice shape, but doesn't dig into your back/ribs. I am a 34DD or 34E with regular bras in this brand, but with the strapless, I needed to go with a 32E so it stayed put. A bonus is that it has convertible straps where you can wear them normally with a wide-neck/boat-neck top or wear them clasped behind your neck for a halter top. They don't convert into criss-cross straps in back. Great bra! Read more

Like my other Marie Jo bra, the quality of this product is top notch. I was seeking a convertible bra to have some creative bra fit solutions after a shoulder surgery. I assumed, with the convertible bra criss-cross function advertised, that I would be able to do a criss-cross in the back, like a bra that works well under a tank. That was not an option. The enclosed straps are not long enough to wear it in criss-cross style. The bra works in three different set-ups: 1. Traditional straps (adjustable) 2. Strapless 3. Halter style (not adjustable) Read more

This bra is a really high quality bra with good padding and pretty detail. It fits well and provides good coverage and support. Despite the relatively high price, it is worth it all due to the correct fit and good support that it provides. It also looks really good and sexy too. Read more

Warning: once you spend $100 on a Marie Jo bra, you won't be able to wear another bra! Never thought I would spend that much on a bra, but I cannot believe how comfortable, beautiful, and wearable they are. I own the black and white in non-strapless varieties, and I finally sprang for a strapless one. Unlike most convertible bras, this looks equally cute with and without the straps, and when worn strapless, it doesn't slip down or pinch. I am in love. Read more

I have bought several of this bra over the years. It is the most comfortable strapless bra I have every worn. Holds up with washing. Worth the $100 price! Read more

The cups and band on this bra fit true to size, but the straps are a little too long when worn traditionally--with the decorative strap, there's not enough adjustment available to make them short enough to be truly comfortable. I also bought this bra because it's supposedly convertible, but as a halter, the straps are too long/loose, and as a criss-cross, they're too short/tight. Perhaps I should've gone with the strapless model, but I already have a Freya bra like that, and I preferred the plunge style of this bra. Unfortunately, it doesn't convert to anything more than a standard bra for me, unless I use something like the CAKYE® Women's 4Pcs Non-slip Elastic Bra Strap Holder. A regular elastic shoulder strap that's fully adjustable would've eliminated all these issues. Also, I find the top line of the cups shows through my t-shirts, so I'll also have to wear it under looser clothing. Overall, it's not a bad bra, but for this price, I had hoped that the fit would be better and the bra more versatile. I'm not going to return it, but I won't be buying another. Read more
