This fish is so moist and tasty. I have prepared it several different ways and all are wonderful. (also, it is the perfect food if your dog or cat is sick, as there is little or no fat and very easily digests... my Vet recommended as well). Read more
This fish was so big and juicy. I have never seen fillets almost as large as chicken breasts! I coat in Old Bay seasoning and fry in olive oil. So good with coleslaw and street corn in a taco. Read more

This had a strong salt water fishy taste that I don't normally find with tilapia. Like I was eating ocean. It also had a strong fishy smell. I've heard fish shouldn't smell fishy. Not sure how accurate that is for determining freshness or quality, but this had that smell. Read more
