The media could not be loaded. I am using this in my craft space and it is absolutely perfect - I love it. I am enamored with the movement of this desk - it is so incredibly smooth and so quiet. It is such a perfect complement to my craft space. I have tons of stuff on it and it raises and lowers without so much as a rattle from anything. LOVE it!! I also love the glass top - I do a lot of painting with acrylics and alcohol ink, so these mediums tend to get messy at times. The glass surface makes for very easy cleanup with a razor blade scraper and/or isopropyl alcohol. I also love the drawer on this desk - it’s perfect for some of my smaller items like rulers, straight edges, scissors, craft knifes, pencils, etc. The drawer is preinstalled on the top, so that was very nice - it should be noted that I don’t push it in the entire way because it is tight and requires a bit of force to initially pull back out (it’s only like 1” or so out and doesn’t look like it’s open. so it’s not an issue). It’s easy to program to specific heights which is a convenient feature since I don’t have it quite to the lowest point. I store a small metal drawer unit underneath. I have the number 1 program slot set to bring my desk back down to the perfect height above that cabinet. Might be moving my home office into a smaller space and needed to get a smaller desk so it wouldn't be so crowded. The standing feature is also something I've been wanting to try out, and I'm super pleased with it. Easy controls, smooth movements, hopefully the quality is good and it lasts for a long time. The 48" top will fit much better in the space than the 60" desk that I currently have. Easy to clean - could even write on the top with a dry/erase marker and wipe off when done. Kind of a neat feature there, if that's something you fancy. Pretty easy to assemble, although you might need two people. It's not super heavy, necessarily, but it is relatively large, so you might consider getting a second person just to have an extra set of hands to help move some of the pieces around and hold in place while you secure. Drawer is definitely not deep, but a nice touch. Can hold normal office wares, pens/pencils/note books/folders/etc. Will not store anything much bigger than that, so I'll have to get a set of drawers or something for all the other stuff I have. The craftsmanship of this desk is flawless. All the parts look good and feel solid. The assembly was easy thanks to the clear instructions from a professional-looking instruction manual. The assembled product is elegant, thanks to its gorgeous glass top, and sturdy. I raised and lowered the desktop many times, and it worked well. Its instruction manual specifies its maximum load as 110 lbs. I loaded with 100 lbs., then raised and lowered it several times, and it worked well without struggling. I did not want to test the 110-pound claim because I did not want to risk ruining such a beautiful product. The motor was quite quiet. In terms of performance and aesthetics, this desk deserves a solid 5-star rating. Unfortunately, this desk is only certified by the FCC (Federal Communication Commission), which means it does not emit RF waves that interfere with other electronic devices, but it does not mention any safety certifications. In the U.S., electrical and electronic products require safety certifications from respectable organizations such as UL (Underwriter Laboratories) and the FCC. One star is deducted for not having any safety certifications from the U.S. or any other non-American organizations, such as CCC (China Compulsory Certification), CE (Conformite Europeenne), ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories, Canada and U.S.), UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed, Great Britain), or PSE (Product Safety Electrical Appliance and Material, Japan).
