My toddler loves these. She is very slim, and I bought 5t (she's usually between a 3t-4t in clothes) and they fit a little baggy, but it's ok. It's not uncomfortable and she'll grow into them. I bought this size because she was growing out of her first set of underwear which were a 2-3t, and had one other set of 3-4t, so I wanted to replace what she was growing out of.
