I knew that this eyeliner was not advertised as waterproof or anything so I did no expect it to last ALL day. However, I am still very disappointed with it. It smudges easily and needs frequent application/ maintenance to look appealing. In my honest opinion, it is not worth the price. The gel eyeliner from the picture isn't what arrived, and It's not waterproof. I have used the red cap product, but the one I received is black cap. Not the same. Read more
