I've been taking Mary Ruth for almost a month now and I can already see a difference in the texture of my skin and how quickly some of my wounds are beginning to heal. The blueberry pomegranate is delicious, so far it's my favorite flavor. My hair already feels amazing, it's grown out some but I'm hoping the thickness formula will better suit my hair concerns. I must say I’ve been seeing everybody on TikTok rave about this Mary Ruth’s daily liquid hair formula. Blueberry pomegranate very good flavors mixed together. One thing, I bought a 16 ounce bottle on Amazon for $34 and some change. Went to Sam’s Club and bought two bottles 22 ounces each for $44. More for your money that’s all I’m saying check Sam’s Club first. Five stars for great taste. Read more

I’ve been taking MARYRUTH’S Daily Liquid Hair Formula every day for about three months now, and I can honestly say it’s made a real difference in the thickness of my hair.
