The backpack is amazing. The leather is soft and thick. The stitching seems strong. Metal zippers are used, and that is a huge plus, as I've always had the plastic zippers fail. They have different options on hardware. I chose this style for ease of access. This is a beautiful bag, and I happily give it 5 stars. It holds all my stuff, has plenty of pockets, and seems really durable so far. My one complaint id the way the shoulder straps slip. Once adjusted if you grab the straps a certain way they will slide down and be really long, and you need to adjust them again. It's slightly annoying, but not a big enough deal to take a star off for. Read more
