I love my Master Massage 31 !!!!! It is beautiful....Love the color of the wood and the leather is more of a fawn color than cream but I like it even better....Looks very elegant ! I adore this table! I recently started my own business as a massage therapist and wanted a stationary table instead of my portable one. This table is great. Upon arrival, it was missing the bolster, face cradle sheets and CD. I didn't care at all about the cradle sheets or CD but had to work with Amazon to get me a bolster. The foam on this table is so comfy! The table itself is sturdy. I wish the arm rests were able to be used when the table is flat, but they are only good for when the table is lifted up and the client is sitting up to some degree. The face cradle is wonderful and my clients love the larger hole for their face! The only thing I really don't like about it is how heavy it is because it is really difficult to change the table height. Luckily, I have it at a height that works with almost all clients, but if I have to adjust it, it's a major pain!! Read more

While this is a nice table, the pictured arm rests only can be attached when the back is raised. So they cannot be used to make the table wider for a laying down client that needs more width due to broad shoulders. Read more

I am very satisfied with the quality & price. I use this as my facial bed, very sturdy & there is enought space for my knees, I adjusted my stool height , so my knees would fit right under the frame support. Very well shipping packaging, no damaged or scratch at all. Assembling is easy to understand & not hard to put together at all! But I am not sure how much weight will the back hold, so I never raise the back while my client is on it.....maybe someone can answer my question! Read more

I was a little bit skeptical because I don't like to order too much online for fear of getting wrong items but I gave it a shot and I am so happy that everything came out to be better than expected. The delivery was on time and the product was better than what I thought it was going to be. This bed is the real deal. We bought this bed for a Wellness Center which is part of a Private Medical Office and we are all WOW!!! The material of the bed is what it says it was, the color is beautiful it is not as light beige as it looks in the picture it is more a Camel color which I like better. The wood stain is beautiful it is a little bit more I say to red mahogany. But the best of all is the 3" memory foam cushion OMG!!! we just wanted to stay there and do nothing. So definitely I will buy this bed again and again. The only thing that happens was that in the package it says that it comes with disposable massage face cradle covers and a spa CD which was missing. I bought this a small treatment room to do facial massages. Overall, I love it. It's so comfortable and I love the storage. It's a larger table so if you are doing full body massages and need to get around the table comfortably, just make sure you measure your room with all the furniture that you require to be in it first. That doesn't apply to me, so I'm happy with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of all the seemingly useless accessories that come with it. I only wanted a cradle and a leg bolster, but out of the like 10 accessories it came with, there was no leg bolster. I have to get a separate one. Read more
