Love these. Pop them on before bed and wake up with my blemish pretty much gone every time, just a little reddish spot where it was, which is easy to cover up with concealer. Why pick this specific one? Well, it adheres perfectly, I've never had one fall off. It's medicated so it's actually treating the spot (some don't do that). 2 different sizes. Easy to peel them off thanks to perforated sheet. Basically invisible. I’ve used a fair amount of pimple patches as someone who struggled with acne, Starface, Peach Slices??? (I forgot the actual brand), those clear patches you get at Target (Masterpatch?), and Crème blemish patches but I think these are the best at reducing the size of the pimple. If the pimple is popped (open) then put the patch over it and leave it preferable overnight or at least 3 hours and it’ll be a lot less inflamed and the patch will be full of that white gunk. I tend to double it up by putting a cute patch over these so no one sees the white gunk but also because these are WAY more effective than Starface ones (which are just alright at doing their job). I tend to get these from Moida (the 96 pack) but sales there are a hit or miss so these will do. For the price they’re worth your money if you REALLY want those pimples to go down. They’re very sticky too, I’ve washed my face a couple of times without even realizing I still had the patch on my face and it never budged. I also had a pimple once that was near my neck and when I peeled it off I swear to you it was like I waxed my neck hairs, it was real STUCK. They blend in pretty well into your face, whatever pimple you have will go from 100% noticeable to maybe 30% but who really stares at your face that much? Read more

I love these! I got them in an Ipsy order and had to get more. You can barely see them or feel them, they have different sizes and work really well. I got the star ones before thinking “oh I’d rather have these on my face than a pimple I picked at” but these keep you from picking, treat the acne, and you can barely see them. I don’t use a lot of makeup, but my tinted moisturizer goes over it pretty well. I also have *very* sensitive skin, and I’m allergic to adhesive on bandages, so this might be something different because it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Read more

Inspect the patches after opening - I’ve gotten multiple packs that already have small white “bubbles” or dots, indicating humidity has entered the patch already (maybe due to incorrect storage?). This makes it less effective. Though when I get a good pack, they work AMAZING. These are the only ones worth buying, since they pull out a LOT of gunk, and stick fairly well.
