The design and function of the machine and stand are good. The quality of the remote is very poor. Mine broke in the first two months with very little use. I'm pretty handy and can repair most things but the housing cannot be disassembled. I contacted the manufacturer and they will not replace it and do not have a replacement to sell me, rendering the whole thing useless. I was told to call Amazon for resolution and there are no returns allowed for health reasons. I have yet to call Amazon but I am very dissatisfied with the response I am getting from the seller and especially the quality of the controller. Read more

This review is about the sex machine, not the sex bench. Note that I own the sex bench too and think it is a great product and highly recommend it. I had high hopes for the sex machine based on the sex bench. Here's the important key issues for the sex machine. It is NOT stable on its own. It MUST be connected to something else to be stable. It does connect easily to the matching sex bench, but if you don't own that, it really wont work. The extension arm won't easily attach to anything else and again, it is not stable on its own. Next, the remote is touchy and sometimes lags to start which then starts off thrusting quickly when the intention is to be slow. Next, the slowest thrusting is still WAY too fast. Since Amazon won't refund this kind of item, you're pretty much screwed when (not if) you don't like it. Yes to the bench, no to the machine. Read more
