Small but mighty. Good flavor.
Like the other reviews mentioned, this is shockingly tiny, but at 1/2t per serving, it actually lasts a pretty long time. And it tastes great! Read more

Customers say
Customers find this matcha powder has a pleasant taste with a hint of sweetness and is not bitter, while also appreciating its quality and smooth texture. Customers disagree on the value for money and size, with some finding it overpriced and very small for the price.

I was shocked when I seen the size of the can Omg so small n for 18$ a half ounce wow expensive. I been using Akira for the past 5 years and wanted to try something different. After reading reviews I decided to try matcha love. I was definitely surprised when I got to the very bottom of the cup n there was no match tea powder on the bottom of my cup. Regardless how well I blend it I always had tea powder in my cup but not with matcha love. I was blown away. It has a very good earthy taste not at all bitter and a beautiful bright green color. It also made a lot of foam after blending overall it was very tasty and I will continue to buy this brand . Read more

I tried Matcha Love at the recommendation of my sister-in-law years ago. It was my first matcha, and I was instantly hooked! I’ve tried a LOT of brands of matcha since then (both more and less expensive, ceremonial and culinary) and I haven’t liked any of them as much as this brand. The color is a bright green, very smooth, delicious on its own or with a little honey. Absolutely NO creamer/milk needed (I’m dairy, grain, and nut-free so this is crucial). I appreciate that there’s no inner bag, which I feel just wastes powder. I measure out 1/2 tsp as recommended per cup, and when I get to the last serving I just dump it in my cup. After you unscrew the lid, open the seal the tiniest bit and then tap on it. Then peel the seal all the way — this technique prevents powder from flying everywhere! We recycle the tins or my kids reuse them as paint pots, for sorting beads, etc. I will continue to buy this brand. There are also single-serving “sticks” available that are super convenient for travel/camping. Read more

First tried this in 2022. Very nice! I knew it was a smaller container, which I choose as easier to travel with. I keep it in the freezer normally. This is my go-to matcha. It never disappoints! Read more
I was NOT EXPECTING this to be sooo small guys!! As you can see it's damn near the same size as a k-cup.. that was pretty disappointing!! Which I guess I should have researched how big the oz were.. but whoa!! I used this for homemade loaded tea dupes.. I drink at least one everyday sometimes more.. so this isn't going to last long at all.. the only complaint I have is how small the can is!! It blends well, has a nice ta Read more

7/10 but recommend storing in fridge because I noticed that mine became more dull in color after opening about a week and a half or so. I also feel like it’s a little weak. I doubled the serving size for a 4/5 oz matcha (i make it w almond milk) Read more
The media could not be loaded. I saw a lot of reviews claiming that the size they gave you was too small. I'm glad I bought it regardless because the price for the amount and the quality is so worth it. If you don't know how to prepare matcha you may think that this is a very small amount and that you'll only get a glass or two from it. If you don't have one I would suggest buying a kit (whisk, bowl, sift, whisk stand, spoon) and making it the way it was meant to be made there are so many YouTube tutorials that cana explain it better than I did in my video, but I thought it might help! The flavor is strong and only needs about a teaspoon or so per cup. I ended up having two servings, one as a hot tea and the other as a matcha latte. The value for this is amazing! Read more
