I’m really impressed with the quality of this Matcha whisk set. Everything arrived in perfect condition—no cracks in the bowl, and all the other pieces were intact. The bowl feels sturdy, and the whisk is great quality as well—it has the perfect flexibility for mixing matcha, and you can tell it’s built to last. There was also a nice note in the box explaining that because the items are fragile, they could potentially be damaged during shipping. It reassured me that if anything were to happen, their customer service would be happy to step in and provide a satisfactory solution.
