This bag has so many pockets and features I like the lunch cooler and the ability to lay the back pouch flat. The bad part if the zippers will pop open if the bag is full or has something heavier in it. I traveled w this bag and I popped open while wearing it and I lost some items. This is the backpack I've always needed. I"m able to put my lunch and cold drinks in the food keeper section and it stays cold through my work day. Keeps my hot food hot when I have need to keep something hot. I was slightly worried that with the food keep section at the bottom it wouldn't leave much room in the other compartments. No worries there though. There is ample room and multiple zippered pockets for you to organize everything with ample room for your laptop. Power supplies, change of clothes, or stopping to grab a few things at the store to carry to the office, home, or a day out exploring. My new backpack arrived on time, even a little ahead of schedule and is exactly as the description stated it was. P.S. I got this bag for my husband to carry to work so he only had to use one back, and he loves it! This backpack holds so much and is still very light. It’s way better than the oversized bag that I was carrying. The lunchbox is awesome and holds quite a bit.
