I can’t say enough good things about this backpack. It holds SO much. Lots of pockets to keep things separate, the fabric is thick and sturdy and it’s well made. No ripped seams and doesn’t seem like it will come apart anytime soon. Excellent buy despite being pricey. The wheels are the best part. Smooth rolling and sturdy, retractable handle. I have a bad back and this thing is a lifesaver lugging my gear back and forth to work daily. Would, and WILL, definitely buy again if needed. No shoulder straps. Nice styling, zippers are great. Large wheels, very sturdy and stands when fully loaded. Excellent construction overall. Only drawback is that the zippers for the two storage packets do not provide for LH and RH closer operation. This would be helpful for items that won't fit all the way inside either of the two lower zipper pockets. Also, there is only one upper external water bottle holder. I ordered this bag a few months ago because I have to bring my laptop back and forth to the office every day. I also pack a lunch, carry a huge water bottle, and have my purse, so a standard backpack was causing my shoulder to hurt. I researched several brands and sizes before choosing this one, and I do not regret my decision at all. The main section is large enough for my lunch bag, water bottle, and purse, plus it has a padded sleeve for my laptop. There’s a smaller section where I store a mouse, mousepad, charging cord, and headphones, and it has a small pocket on the front where I keep my keys and badge. The wheels are durable and sturdy, even going up the stairs. So far the collapsible handle is holding up very well. I’ve recommended this bag to others because it’s been such a game changer for me. I’m so glad I made this purchased. Before I carried a backpack, a large tote and a computer bag- all that I needed for a work day. This is so much more than a backpack! It holds my lunch box, large water tumbler, my work computer, my wallet and keys even my spare change of shoes. The large back wheels makes it easy to maneuver, I got caught in a rain storm and my computer and other items stayed dry, phew! So many pockets of different sizes and the lock is a must. This rolling laptop bag does work and under certain circumstances does work well. My laptop does fit in and it does hold all of my ancillary parts and pieces. When I'm pulling this thing it does roll easily because of the big wheels. The problems come: First, when I'm attempting to zip up the computer part of the bag, it's extremely difficult because of the lock that's installed. The lock mechanism naturally folds inward and and has to be held out in order to zip up the pocket, which is something my wife has yet to master. I myself, when zipping up the pocket, have to force the lock out while trying to zip everything up. If I had a third hand it would be much easier. Second, when I'm pulling the bag and have to make a 90 degree turn around a corner I have to pick up the bag to make the turn due to the big wheels. I was hurrying through the airport to make my next flight and I crashed into several people a couple of times because the bag isn't maneuverable. Again straight and level it's great. Read more
