After just a couple trays, you notice a few shades taken off. These are incredibly easy to put on, the adhesive used is really well-made and they won't release unless you actually pull them off. I use some tissue to grab at the base of the tray and just pulled them off and they came off easily. You'll notice the color difference. You'll notice the color difference just after one tray. 2/26/2025: Expertwhite Prefilled Teeth Whitening Trays Kit with 12% Hydrogen Peroxide Gel, 10 Treatments (20 Trays) The convenience of these pre-filled trays can't be beat. This would make them very easy to use. Also, the trays keep the gel on the teeth for long enough for it to actually be effective. I can taste the peroxide though. I'm particularly sensitive to that taste because it makes me gag. Most people probably wouldn't notice. Also, it is possible there's some placebo effect going on, since I know there is peroxide in it. I can't un-know this though so the end result is the same. I can't use them. I was a little worried about using these anyway. After I ordered them (I know, should have done this before!), I did a little research on home whitening kits, and 12% peroxide seems pretty high. Dentists use higher concentrations in their offices, but home kits are typically under 10%. I'm sure 12% is safe, but you don't want to wear these trays for longer than indicated, and you should be careful not to get too much of it on your gums for an extended period of time. Also, the higher the peroxide concentration, the more you need to worry about it causing tooth sensitivity. I have very sensitive teeth to begin with so I worry about that too. The sensitivity wouldn't be permanent, but since my teeth are already so sensitive I don't want to make them worse. I struggled a lot with what rating I should give these. The product is clearly advertised as having 12% peroxide gel, so I don't feel like I can take off any stars just because I'm afraid to use it. The convenience of the pre-filled trays is a huge benefit, though I can't comment on effectiveness over time. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. 3 seems too low, so I have to go with 4. Read more

Some hints: Brush your teeth BEFORE using--the more barriers (as in food, plaque, and tartar) you can remove, the better the gel can stick to your actual teeth and do the job it's supposed to do. If you end up with sore teeth, brush with Gel Kamm, Sensodyne, or some other high-fluoride product at bedtime and don't rinse--leave it on your teeth overnight. I don't know why that works, but it's miraculous. No pain when you wake up. I hope that helps somebody. Read more

I’ve tried so many other teeth whitening products with no liking. However, this one is so easy to use and convenient. It is prefilled trays, I just remove it from the package and put it in my mouth. My teeth is sensitive yet this hasn’t made it worse. I think it’s given me one or two shades brighter since using it. I love it and will continue to use it. These are so much better than using, just plain strips on your teeth. They are pre-mixed so they’re not messy at all. You just take them out of the package and pop on the upper and lower. You can keep them on for up to 30 minutes and use them for seven days and you should see a whiter smile! They work really well on me so I can only speak for personally experience. One thing I like is that they’re not super harsh if your teeth are sensitive, but just like any other whitener, you’re going to want to keep it off of your gums.
