Due to complications from an eye surgery, my one eye doesn't close all the way when I sleep so these masks have been necessary for me for almost 20 years. I've tried them all and this is by far my favorite brand. The silk is soft and the padding light enough to be breathable, and the patterns are all very pretty. I was surprised by the size of the mask when it arrived- it was much larger than the basic ones I have been using for so long. But it is soft and pliable, so I am unaware of its size once I am wearing it. No light whatsoever get through, and I sleep comfortably with it on. I wanted to get a mask that was something other than the black one I had been using, and this material is very cute.
